Sereneaiaroma stands behind our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our clothing repair or alteration services, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your completed garment.

Revision Policy

If adjustments are needed to work completed by Sereneaiaroma, we will make reasonable revisions at no additional charge, provided the request is made within 7 days and the original work instructions are followed.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if Sereneaiaroma is unable to complete the requested service or if there is a significant error on our part. Refunds are not available for completed work that meets the agreed-upon specifications.

Damaged Items

Sereneaiaroma takes great care with all garments. If you believe your item was damaged during our service, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue fairly.
